For this word they have four definitions each with a different license: Formally all rights reserved but now out of copyright and in the public domain GPL-2 (but based on an out of copyright proprietary dictionary) CC BY-SA 4.0 Alll rights reserved https://www.wordnik.com/words/bully Of these licenses the first is the easiest to work with. It comes with the fewest restrictions and transfers the fewest responsibilities to downstream consumers.
