Do they ask themselves “what’s the most inhumane shit we can possibly do today that is also a war crime?” And “how can we be more comically evil than yesterday?” Because otherwise, I see no way they can reach these decisions. Not only that, but the sheer number of individuals along the way that make the decisions to manufacture, plan, and deploy this, is hate manifest.
