We do have an entry on Wiktionary.
The OED was able to find an example from 1623, although that was the only quote they found. On Wiktionary, we have one from 1658 and one from 1874. If I had a few minutes, I could track down the 1623 quote and maybe even look for more examples. Maybe I will.
