ankle stabilizing exercises help - fold up a yoga mat several times and set a timer for like 5 minutes as you try to balance on one foot on the yoga mat. It should burn by the time you’re done, try a shorter timer for like a minute and work up if you start to have pain or it’s too much.
Create a softer surface and fold the yoga mat more times if it’s too easy.
Don’t sell yourself short. The heels are really the hardest part. You have to build up the muscles if you want to go out in them. I believe in you!
