I’ve been thinking about Holocaust education constantly since the election. Yes, I do believe we all hold blame. We’re letting ICE storm our streets, beating and raping at a whim. We’re letting trans folks be massacred.

Those in the USA who voted against this still bear responsibility for what they let happen every day. I wish more people internalized that message and acted upon it.

We don’t have the excuse of being uninformed. The information is all there in a way it never was for those in Nazi Germany. We see the camps from our own government. The cruelty is blatant in a way Hitler never was. There are some fighting back in a myriad of ways. There are many who seem to be merely enduring for a 2026 midterm Deus Ex Machina.
