There won’t be any public hearings (big surprise, and potentially inviting a lawsuit), so the next planned output is the draft environmental impact statement in June. The final environmental impact statement is scheduled for November, at which point there would ordinarily be another round of public hearings, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. It’s kinda funny that they’re even bothering to go through the process to this degree, although there’s probably some calculation about what they can get away with without getting the courts involved. @Johnny_Arson@hexbear.net you should update the OP with this info.
