Like they do with IMF extortion loans that keep many countries in eternal poverty.
They don’t like that China tripled their capacity in one year and will continue.
Cuba will get through this, as they always have, the america imperialists will not get their grubby hands on them.
Especially now China’s power is growing worldwide and can massively help them.
That makes it even more salty for the US.
