I’m talking to my sister earlier, and find out she’s set up this entire mutual aid network in her neighborhood. I asked where she got the idea, or if she followed a guide – nope. She just vibed out something that I’ve struggled to make happen for a decade. In like a few months! And she does this stuff all the time, her entire life! But if you ask how she does it she just shrugs. She doesn’t even ask for help or think of it as some exceptional thing, she’ll casually drop that she teaches courses on recognizing child abuse for three years without telling anyone.

This isn’t like a condemnation or anything, like “oh, go read theory.” Like, she did it solely off vibes! If anything I’m jealous. I’m also not saying this invalidates theory, just confused as to how on earth someone can just do this on a whim! And where I can learn to do it too!
