I’m trying to install Davinci Resolve on Mint.
My friend is not Linux techsavvy. He has tried for about a week to get it working on Linux Mint, with no success. Instead, broke his system a couple times trying to get it working.
Is there an easier way to get it running? Would running it using Wine, or is there some kind of Flatpak or AppImage type thing to make it easier?
A good “plan B” :)
I’ve used Kdenlive for years, so ask if you have any questions - though I’m unsure where to ask - I’m not sure if there’s a “Linux Video Editing”, “Linux Creative Software” or “Kdenlive” specific bit of Lemmy. Anyway, if you have a question, put it somewhere it will be found :)
