    Hmm, but the various tomato sauces are almost always paired with cheeses in italian cooking. Is france really so far behind?

      Ketchup is more like a tomato jam than a sauce.

      But also I’m overstaying things quite a bit.

      But there’s no ketchup on a cheese board in France, that I can tell you.
