He’s Russian. Everything Russian is sarcasm. They need an opposite non-sarcastic /s tag except if anybody used it people would assume they were using it sarcastically.
I imagine living under the intense onslaught of bullshit that permeates russian culture and power structures requires sarcasm as a form of breathing done to survive moment to moment. If I was stuck living in russia, I sure as hell would not survive without firehosing brutally dry sarcasm everywhere, though who am I kidding I would already be dead in some foxhole after having been forced to charge hopelessly at a swarm of Ukrainian drones.
