You can’t trim aloes, repot and give it more light it’ll stop reaching out.

I’m not sure, but it could definitely benefit from a repotting!

You can butcher your plant if you wish but it will look very ugly, and probably something it will take a long time (years ) to recover from.

Bigger pot + more light would probably lead to better-looking growth. Pot should be prioritized. But definitely don’t trim it!
