I think this map is a little dishonest and should be titled “What Offers Citzenship From Birth - Land or Blood?” I live in a country where I can absolutely naturalize after 5 years. I was not born here and my parents are not from here. This is true of many countries if you make the effort to get a work visa and show you want to be part of their society/culture.
