Look for one drawer where everything is pushed aside and check the corners. Little shits love to take a crap inside drawers or other hidden places.
I never had issues with them pooping in drawers. They mostly got it into the litter boxes. I had a litter box in every room, and next to the front door. (For some reason, they really liked shitting near the front door.)
