Keep in mind they have the power to purge voter registries wherever and whenever they want, red states have enacted laws to allow them to reject voting outcomes, it’s already been shown that if they throw enough of the results to courts it gets dragged out and thrown out, ultimately getting to the scotus where with a con-majority there is no doubt what they’d do.
