OLED 1tb from $649 to $949 (and 512GB from $549 to $789) is a steep increase. Holy shit.

Sadly, I’ll pass if this means that the Steam Machine is gonna cost more than $1000.
I would be shocked if it was $999, I’m betting on an $1199 starting price.
Which would be ludicrous, since you can get a Mini-PC with equivalent or better hardware for like 6-700$ today.

An understatement.
I hope there still aren’t any people expecting the upcoming steam machine to be <$500 lol. It’s going to be pushing USD$1000, if not more, for PS4 level hardware.
This is basically why I got a Switch 2 and just continued to play Hades on it. Hardware is going up, but at least I have something to play new games (some from the library).
