I messed up my body by eating ultra processed junk food all my life. I switched over to a carnivore diet and feel the best I ever did.
No you switched to another horrible diet. It made you feel good for a bit (like smoking) but It’ll get you in the end.


I mean I eat vegan junk food probably too often but I eat fruits, vegetables and fibre too so my blood looks pretty neat. And blood is something to get checked yearly anyways because it will likely save your ass.
People switching “back” have most likely been plant based. Nothing wrong with that but its not vegan.
