Anything really. As long as the bowl is within hands reach I will keep eating until it’s empty.
I just can’t seem to pace myself. So nowadays I try to stick to healthy snacks.

Cucmber sticks are the best! Especially if there’s hummus or cheese around
I also enjoy carrot sticks or nuts
