Which, through time, will likely be found to be plainly false. There was a time when ISDN was deemed unnecessary for home users that were relegated to 56k bauds. And now look at your 2gbps. Then consider 10 years from now. I’m working in telco / isp and bandwidth is certainly a topic we like to scale based on the increase of average traffic from homes.
