Either way, BBC is easily an analogue to RT, both spread state-friendly messaging for either side, and both have been caught spreading disinformation (the BBC for example lies about China, Russia, and other western adversaries all the time).

However I stand by what I said, thinking that any sufficiently large governing body is not influencing news is just naive.
I don’t think the EU has anything comparable to RT, but that does not mean they are not influencing news and narratives
