It’s funny to me how people can be aware of Trump’s anti-immigration agenda and oppose it without stopping to think about how the fact that so many people want to come to the USA is because Americans (even poor Americans, because the immigrants are showing up here with nothing) are far better off than most other people in the world.

Number one in wealth, of which 93% the Epstein class owns while the rest suffer.
Number one in military spending, the way we make money is terrorizing the entire earth.
Number one in gun deaths. I think the second amendment is important, but we aren’t using the guns the way our rights intended them to be used, which was to get rid of fucking tyrants, not murder children.
The big difference is that those developed European nations all have restrictions in place on birthright citizenship. The promise of your children being protected and entitled to rights is a big part of the draw for US immigrants.
