Jynx appears to have breasts, but they’re covered, so while nipple status is unknown, it seems likely (why else would they need to be covered?) Sawk and Throh definitely have no significant breasts, but their robes cover their chests, so nipple status is unknown. Lucario and Gardevoir have no breasts, but both do have a single prominent nipple.
