Not really, now Brits will have to go through the Schengen border control on the airport, so it’s more that Gibraltar now is more hospitable for Spaniards and less for Brits. It’s also an improvement for Brits living there, since now they will be able to go into the Spanish part of the city more easily. As stated, Gibraltar became more Spanish and less British.

Now, it would be cool if Brit fishermen stopped violating border rules and stealing fish from Spaniards, but it’s progress nonetheless.
