I don’t think I have ever seen an invention that left me asking more questions. This walking car is the first functional prototype of something Rosmar H which is the brainchild of Romanian inventor Adrian Roșca. The prototype recently surfaced online and got quite a bit of media attention but Mr Roșca has been working on this invention for more than a decade.
