At least four states will ask voters in November to enact or repeal constitutional amendments protecting abortion access. Earlier this year, the Supreme Court rejected another attempt by abortion opponents to make pills for abortion more difficult to access — though other legal challenges are ongoing.
The Food and Drug Administration is doing a safety review of mifepristone — one of two drugs used in medication abortions — and President Donald Trump’s nominee for attorney general said he’s open to reviewing whether a 19th-century law could effectively prevent people nationwide from receiving abortion pills in the mail via telehealth.
These abortion battles have consumed Giovannina Anthony’s life for the past four years. Anthony runs a primary care and gynecology clinic in western Wyoming, about 60 miles south of Yellowstone National Park near the Idaho border. Her clinic is one of just three practices that offer abortions in the deep red state.

I find the effort put into NOT saying Jackson Hole (specifically Wilson) or Teton County, odd. Why?
PS: I am a local resident.
EDIT: Is it because Teton County is relatively progressive? Is it because there’s a lot of rich people that have homes in it? It’s just such a weird choice.
Maybe because more people have heard of Yellowstone than Jackson Hole?
No idea. It’s one of the most famous ski mountains in the country and it’s literally Liz and Dick Cheney’s home town. That last bit should have been a better tid bit if you are trying to paint a picture of it being “staunchly Republican” (although not accurate). If they were.trying to paint a picture of a “small rural town in the middle of nowhere”, that’s also not true. The population is low (Wyoming after all), but it is full of billionaires, and has a large airport and another private jet airport in neighboring Teton county Idaho. Finally, and most importantly, it is the home of the country’s equivalent to Davos, where the country’s economic strategy is mostly laid out.
