I know there are many audio distillations of the work, but I cannot absorb information by listening alone. I have been reading on my own, but I would enjoy reading along with the audio of someone reading, especially if they pause to explain certain things in a way a modern reader would understand.
I am willing to pay for a specific translation of the book if needed.
I think I heard the David Harvey one on YouTube was decent.

I listened to some episodes of the Reading Capital with Comrades podcast and it was good from what I remember at the time. Give it a try and see if it’s what you’re looking for.
The podcast marx madness read capital vol 1 as their first book. They read it word for word and talk about it. One guy is a theory nerd and the other, at the time of recording, doesn’t know anything about it. This is how i read through my first time.
The audio is not that great and the hosts are very new to recording at the time. most people I’ve suggested listen to it have said they can’t tolerate it because of these factors.
I’ve been listening to it, but it seems to be more commentary than literal reading. I couldn’t imagine sitting down with the book and reading along with them.
I don’t think this is quite what you’re asking for, but A People’s Guide to Capitalism by Hadas Their really helped me understand Capital. I believe an audiobook is available too.
