Living in the u.s looking for experience so I thought to do contract work through lemmy ie Tell me a project you’d like me to build, I build it. What do you gain? A software you want maybe you diddnt have time to build, what do I gain? Experience to put on my resume instead of just projects to say I was a contractor for x person (you) also I won’t put your real name I’ll put the software name. Or i can contribute to your open source long term. Should I make this request on forums or blogs ? Or do you guys think this might be a dead end ?
What are you looking to do? Front end? Backend? Complex? Crud? Graphics? Audio? Iot? Plc?
Just looked in up and plc sounds interesting along with graphics, are you contributing to any repos?
All my experience with plc programming was done professionally with systems way outside the common person budget(for example for one of them just the software to connect to it was 5k per year). I know there are cheaper alternatives but don’t have experience with them.
Maybe backend and complex, I’m unfamiliar with lot and plc, but audio sounds interesting aswell
