you’d think they’d be disqualified for that, but trying to cheat the system to get research funding actually adds a lot of unethical points
In MST3k (Mystery Science Theater 3000), the mad scientist, Pearl Forrester, has to get reviewed some sort of mad science review board at one point, I’m pretty sure.
