Initially i thought “using phone” meant “making a call” and thinking how tf is that a cantrip!?!? That’s a level 4 spell for me.
Try becoming a warlock. Do one thing, take a short rest, then do another thing.
Which eldritch entity should I sell my soul to?
Your wife
Not the Absolute, currently mopping the floor with those nutjobs.
Are warlocks actually cats? this tracks surprisingly well
Wash clothes and folld clothes also require one spell slot each
Wash is level 1 but fold is level 3.
I promise ill get around to folding the clean pile soon! Its only been an eternal soup of clothes since I moved into the place!
tbf, both of those tasks could be accomplished with prestidigitation; which is also a cantrip spell.
That’s why it’s called fantasy.
Thanks to certain personalities in the fediverse, I can now appreciate this joke. I feel like I’ve been let into a club.
Can someone please explain this to an old
It’s a different take on the spoon theory. Basically, in D&D and games like it, you have a certain amount of spell slots per day you can use to cast spells; I believe wizards have two at first level. Cantrips are the exception, simple spells you can cast as many times as you like per day.
But making a phone call is fucking hard. No way is that a free use spell.
I don’t think that’s what is meant. More surfing with a phone or using apps
In these modern times the phrase “use phone” to me does not imply making a phone call.
Thanks for making me feel old
We switched to Pathfinder rules. The phone is a type of wand, and phone call is it’s magic. Using it more than once a day deals massive spirit damage
I would rather make a billion phonecalls than clean my apartment ever
Spell slots are limited to a set number per day, but cantrips can be used as often as you want.
Skill issue
We found the masochist wizard.
One at a time! We don’t want «charm» to fail to roll favourably.
