Hey… its NEW and MORE… how bout the price?
I’ve actually tried the super stuffed fudge one and it had way more filling than the others I’ve had in my life. I admit I’m not quite old enough to have tried them during the 60s, so maybe they were different back then?
The trick is actually that you are paying the same price for the box of poptarts but each wrapper only contains one instead of 2, so you get half as many for the same price.
Literally never had a complaint about the amount of filling in a pop tart. Poptarts arent even about the filling. Its about the frosting. Filling is juat a lubricant to get the dry cardboard down your throat. That thing will probably lava burn your mouth if you put it in the toaster.
Go get a toaster strudel if you want to up your pop tart game.
These complaints seem more about human stupidity than capitalism.
There are a million dumb products and capitalists have been making a living off rubes since all of time.
The point should be capitalism is only oppressive when the price of a pop tart versus an overstuffed pop tart bothers you.
nike bought converse, cheapened the build and materials for the chucks, and sells the original build as a premium, vintage model
Is that why I vividly remember my cons lasts forever as a kid but a few months as an adult? Goddamn…
So much clothing, northpole sweatshirts, timberland boots, wrangler jeans … All are low quality today
These day’s all the vintage models are basically the premium versions. Same with cars!
Still made with shitty beef gelatine too.
We could have tribunals. I’m just saying. There’s nothing that says we couldn’t set up, I was going to say kangaroo courts but honestly normal courts would work too, but either way courts in which these executives are put up against the wall. We could do that. We could cleanse
We could. But Pop Tarts are a poor reason to start a revolution.
Like, I’ll come, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t want the ‘tart on our flag or anything.
#notfood
Yeah, people should just stop buying this crap rather than complaining and buying it anyway.
You still want to eat sweet treats? Buy some flour and jam, honey or chutney. Make some sourdough buns. Guarantee it will cost a fraction of what this processed shit does and should be better for you. You don’t even have to measure anything. I do all my baking on vibes.
I’m pretty sure this is already illegal in the EU
Yeah, food needs to be safe for human consumption in the EU.
I’m pretty sure this happens in the EU too. Recently noticed that in Germany with potato chips, which all at the same time increased their volume back to the old value. Going by feeling, I’d say they were reduced ~1.5 years prior. Was a bit strange because it’s different manufacturers…
anticipating halloween I thought it said “SPIDER STUFFED”
Just how I remember.
