Just call an ambulance and explain the injury, they can evaluate if and how much you should be prioritised over others/ not. Why waste doctors’ time on something that’ll pass on its own with a bit of rest and paracetamol? Mandatory sick notes in my country, hate it.

Even non-life-threatening injuries can impair your driving and cause worse on the way to the hospital.
Just call an ambulance and explain the injury, they can evaluate if and how much you should be prioritised over others/ not.
