I don’t like this creator (Bellular News), so won’t watch the video. Instead I copy description and timestamps over:

How many games have been sitting on your Steam wishlist for years? New releases are struggling to turn that interest into sales, and Valve has changed how wishlists work to help. With more players waiting for discounts, developers need their games to keep selling long after launch.

Ah, I see its about the new added wishlist feature. You can now add custom tags to group your wishlist items. That was indeed a feature some people requested and I would have benefited from this in the past too. It helps reminding you why you added the game to the wishlist. Maybe its about something else, didn’t watch.

Edit: In case you can watch videos on other platforms, and just don’t want to or can’t use YouTube directly, there is an alternative frontend: https://inv.nadeko.net/watch?v=9HPNlYot6uY

        Thanks!

And yes, it indeed sounds like a feature I also was missing. Got 500 items in the wishlist. Some for like “totally buy if slightly discounted” and some shit I just like to observe.

I was close to making my own tool for that, but then it Wouldn’t be integrated…

I don’t know anything about this creator, what is it that makes you dislike them? It seemed like a fairly ordinary video to me, but this post is on -4 votes at the time I’m commenting so I must be missing something.

Usually the topics he choose are taking one thing, bringing it into controversial light often talk about bad things only for sensational effect. Mind you, not all videos are bad. Its also the overall style and feel of the channel, with the way he talks, the clickbait titles and typical YouTube thumbnails. And he also talks a lot about a subject, without adding real value, just stretches the topic out.

I stopped watching this channel many years ago now, so it might gotten better (or worse?). BTW I didn’t even downvote the post. I only do that when I really disagree or hate the content. I just ignored the content here and will not downvote a video I did not watch.
