I guess my simplistic view was that since they’re already at war, and Trump is already threatening to wipe Iran off the map, it would be more directly advantageous to Iran’s goals to hit America closer to home. Yeah I don’t know much about it either, just saw an article about their range capabilities recently. I don’t think they’re capable of hitting much outside of the Middle East.
