another day of staying in the inside place so as to reward myself for going to the outside place all week.
I don’t have an outside place, just the inside place. The nice thing about that, though, is that I get daily midday eye-closey time.
Me too. 14 years self employed, work from home, no phone calls or meetings. I find a 10 minute meditation followed by a quick nap sets up the afternoon nicely. Ahhhhh.

I sit in the rectangle, I watch the rectangles. They glow warm and tell me I am happy, but I am not happy. Have another drink and forget about it.
If you can get everyone staring at screens, your actions outside of the screen are watched less.
