YouTube starts censoring medical information and content. And only content that “meets WHO guidelines” appears on YouTube. No other medical data.
I found this very dangerous, because people should be able to judge themselves what they want to read or hear about. It’s our body and your health. I would like to make my own decisions.

I’m not going to do that, but it’s well known that he’s a fraud. There have been many threads about it on reddit. Nothing the man says should be trusted.
I wouldn’t trust someone as a train engineer who believes trains run on the ghosts of our ancestors, and I wouldn’t trust someone like Eric Berg to give medical advice. It’s good to hear he’s being deplatformed.
Too bad you can’t provide any link. I don’t trust anyone by default. That is whole point. I can think for myself what to believe or what not. I don’t need YoutTube to deplatform people. I personally never heard about BRT (or any of other techniques), so I can’t judge about this.
If people however got treated with Body Restoration Technique (BRT) with no side-effects but with only benefits for their health, I personally see no problem why people should not opt for this treatment.
As if the current “regular” healthcare knows everything (no). I have Tinnitus and regular healthcare cannot deal with it at all.
I don’t mean to be a dick (although I kinda am), but “regular” healthcare is the only legitimate healthcare. I’m well aware there are cutting-edge techniques (such as electro-shock therapy for depression and hallucinogenics for addiction) that look promising but appear to be inhibited by capitalism and racist policies, but this is yet another argument for deplatforming and disenfranchising certain people, mostly conservatives.
And no, you can’t “think for yourself” in this case. We need to be guided by skilled experts, and Berg is not one who can be trusted. I wouldn’t call a shaman to fix my plumbing, and I would expect that one wouldn’t be sent to me so that I can “think for myself” – I just want shit fixed. Your mentality is literally killing people.
Demanding I watch some shitty YouTube videos so that I can comb through them for “evidence” is not a reasonable request. What I’ve sent you will suffice.
Sure, but the current healthcare doesn’t has all the answers… That was my point. In some cases or illnesses the legitimate healthcare can only say “you need to deal with it”. Literally.
I can confirm all this, because: 1) I have Tinnitus which they can’t thread. 2) I have a congenital heart defect, for which I had surgery as a baby. Without regular healthcare I was not here on earth…
Meaning I personally can say that the legitimate healthcare isn’t bad (without it, I was dead), but at the same time it can have it’s limitations. So I need to search also outside of the regular healthcare to help with my health issues.
Therefore, I can’t trust WHO only or “skilled experts”, because those experts sometimes also don’t know it. Which is not a bad thing, I don’t blame the experts. We are all human after all. But just understand that the current healthcare might not have all the answers that people need. I hope that is also a reasonable request from me.
My dude, the skilled experts like the WHO are the best chance you got. Don’t trust quacks like that guy.
See, this is why we need to deplatform these people – so suckers like you won’t be harmed by desperately seeking solutions from non-experts, and yes it does affect the rest of us
That might be true, but then again at this moment in time the skilled experts have no answers for me… That is the point. Maybe over 10 years. Maybe 30 years… ? who knows.
I know the feeling though. It took seven years for me to be diagnosed with celiac. Seven. Years.
But if I had resorted to some quack telling me I needed to hang upside down or use some herbs and oils, I’d still be shitting myself and wearing pads.
The system is broken, but the research is legit. We just need equal access to it.
I do empathize with your situation. And I can’t help but feel that certain groups impede progress in this area, but those groups are not the experts in medicine, but people who also need to be removed from the conversation since they are causing harm.
