What might be the problem?

The Bus can stop on the street. The people may get on/off without a problem, because the cyclists are required to wait as neccessary.

At least, that’s the law in Germany.

OTOH, the cyclist’s lobby is going to have their path moved somewhere else quite soon in order to avoid even this tiny nuisance.
