So far as I know Facebook and Instagram.
You can’t say “kill” or “violence” on Facebook and Instagram? That’s some pretty heavy-handed censorship.
If it gets reported it can get taken down, yes.

It’s called a repost. People are allowed to repost stuff they find on other sites.
