Is this project free and open source? If not, will it be in the future? If so, could the source code be publicly released on Github or Gitlab at some point? Finally, do you have plans to support lemmy?

Not sure where it will be available, I believe github is the plan for @hariette, simply because that’s where issue reports during beta testing will be reported and it would make sense to have everything in one place.

Yes, Lemmy will be supported, about halfway through beta. Source: The road map posted on this magazine, and Hariette’s comments on kbin.
