As someone that’s done self improvement stuff (exercising, running calisthenics, healthier diet, letting stuff from the past go, mental introspection, etc) without the red pill chud nonsense, this guy’s comment is just not it. He still hasn’t let some girls “cock blocking” him go. What kind of self improvement is that? Clear issues with women here.
