I’ve seen Nvidia block off features from AMD and Intel for years, even made games run worse because of it, like that hair tesselation.
But now a game is going to have FSR which is open and useable, Nvidia users are angry. Plus FSR could improve and get just as good as DLSS.
I’m reserving judgement until launch.
Starfield is coming out in September of this year.
Nvidia card users are not happy.
Of course they are not happy. The only way for most of the 40 series GPUs to be good is to use DLSS.
I am reserving judgement until the game comes out and we see what this means for GTX/RTX players.
