Looks like clickbait but does quote Tost as saying they’d consider him if de Vries flounders and they don’t feel any of their Junior drivers are ready for an F1 promotion. Still seems like a long shot to me. Any thoughts?
I can’t see who else would take him to be honest. A few what ifs with that guy. I think more likely he will head stateside (based on no evidence) Edit - the way Perez is going who knows there…
I can’t see Danny wanting to take the seat, for the same reason he didn’t want to go to Williams and Haas. The question is, will be replace Perez when they eventually don’t renew his contract.
He’s too proud to go to Alpha Tauri. He’ll hold out for Red Bull, which might not be an option.
Well next year it won’t be alpha tauri. And will be closer to RB, design wise. So I wouldn’t rule it out.
