Previously I used the in-app sleep track. But I hated it. I had to set up sleep schedule and everything. The thing is, not everyday I’m gonna sleep at the time that I set up.
So anyone knows best app to track my sleeping pattern? I just download Sleep++ last night but I don’t think I like it.
sleepwatch is top, even the free version.
They added a lot of ads on the latest updates, but for a free version, you can’t really complain.
I have been using it for years and it’s the one I liked the most (and I tried pretty much all of them).
