Almost looks like it applied some type of mask over it, especially on the lower limb
That’s great, what app did you use? Did you use a tripod?
And it’s an actual photo that you took too.
me with the xs max be like:
white dot of light
jokes aside its a GREAT phone in 2023 but it cant take a good moon photo :(
Yea it’s also just a white dot for me on the same model
ye lol, sadly the camera aren’t good enough
Between 1700+ in my pocket and a moon shoot… I’ll take a photo with white dot on it and keep the cash for another year…
yea i LOVE the xs max and would never replace it in my life ever
I use my binoculars to painfully line up the camera and lens and pray i can hold it still long enough. Did get this photo tho:
Used an iphone 14 and zoomed in think. Yours is still better considering you only used the camera and settings
Congratulations on your shooting very well. I’ll try it on a tripod when I find a nice month
That’s no moon… /s
Oh my friend I’m not going to lie
My work phone is an S23 ultra. It takes wayyyy better moon photos….theyre fake as fuck but still😂(read into the controversy if you’ve not seen it)
I don’t understand why are you being downvoted Most people fail to understand the fact that Samsungs photos may be fake yes thanks to the AI being trained heavily on moon’s photographs but AI in every smartphone is used to do hundreds of computations on photographs to make your face appear good… you could say the way you look is also faked in a smartphone photograph because every smartphone will tamper with it to get the best possible looking result
Most people say “I want realism” but they’re not going to get that from smartphone photography
Mrwhosetheboss put up a brilliant video on this and I recommend you go watch it before you downvote me
Next time try to use real raw (not proraw) to get rid of the noise reduction.
There will be noise in the picture, but you’ll get a lot more detail.
That’s cool. But also terrible haha. Just a quick google will get you are far better photo
It looks like an ai upscale. This is the best I was able to get.
Sorry to be the bubble burster, but what are people actually doing with these blurry, noisy shots of the moon? They are not display worthy. While they demonstrate that the iPhone lenses and cameras are getting more powerful, the images are still basically garbage. You need a telephoto lens and a full-frame sensor (or at least crop sensor) to take decent images of the moon.
Glad someone finally telling the truth!!
All these photos of the moon are really bad quality, honestly! Samsung included!
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra zoom x100.
