minus-squareKlinker@lemmy.worldOPlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up8·3 年前Boil the pasta (whichever kind you prefer, I prefer spaghetti) for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. drain and put the pasta aside and some pasta water Fry some garlic in salted butter Add some lemon zest Add the pasta, lots of parmesan cheese and the pasta water Add the lemon juice More parmesan cheese And to finish plate it and add some basilic. Enjoy!
