My daily driver. Good quality, affordable, and locally sourced. Aeropress makes a rich cup and on occasion I do an overnight cold brew too.
Amazing always wanted to taste coffee from the Philippines, if I understand correctly ph doesn’t export much coffee so I haven’t seen ph coffee in any place where I buy or have asked for ph coffee.
Would love to at least try a cup of the poop coffee from the Philippines too, but any normal good coffee is what I am looking for.
First time I saw this. Is it good?
Good enough for me. Dark and rich, generally consistent in quality.
I don’t see a roast date. Is it fresh?
Ha, you’re right. All it has is an expiration date. Fresh enough though that I prefer my brew over the ones from shops.
The best brew is the brew you do :)
Ha, nice. That should go up in a wall plaque.
What is that small monitor with the small keyboard?
It’s a Divoom Ditoo. A fancy Bluetooth speaker with customizable screen. A toy really.
Yeah, crosspost it to mechanicalkeyboards :)
[edit] also coffee bag looks bad. They should not have transparent parts as sun rays will make beans stale faster and make them age and stuff. And as other people mentioned - no roast date. If you live in/near big city try to find someone who roast coffee locally. Just ask around in fancy coffee shops.

It’s a bit overpriced at Robinsons though. It’s cheaper at other shops.
Off-topic, but how do you like that desktop mini-computer thing? What do you use it for? I was looking at one of those online but I wasn’t sure what I’d do with it - but coffee timer seems like a good idea!
