I haven’t updated my music instrument library in years, especially since newer official software doesn’t play well with pirated plugins. The last time I downloaded VSTs was 2012ish, back when PB and KAT were still good sources. Music technology (and the instruments people like to listen to) have taken a huge leap since then. I do mostly pop and jazz, so I’ve got East West, Session Horns, Session Strings, Broadway Big Band, Kontact, and a couple miscellaneous Native Instruments plugins. Does anyone know of production level VST sources for newer versions of these or better software?

Literally the best one out there. Even though I noticed that they started censoring some releases there (Serum being the obvious one).

It’s not that they’re “censoring” releases, it’s the developers themselves who send DMCA requests to the website owners so they have to take it down. On the good side, there’s a high chance the release has already swarmed on other sites.

I typically either use Audionews or AudioZ. That has most things I’m looking for. Occasionally some random/obscure VSTs pops up in Rutracker. I use Kontakt for everything so keep in mind that it can be tricky to get libraries added to Kontakt these days depending on the version and OS you’re running.
