In England. Pretty much as the title says. I’m in need of a new car, and I’ve found a great deal on salary sacrifice for a new EV with charging point installation included which is much cheaper than going privately. However, I’ve been planning to drop my hours to try and get a better work-life balance (currently contracted to 36 hours and wanting to drop to 30).

I did a quote based on dropping my hours and I was told I couldn’t apply as this would take me below minimum wage, however if I did it on my current hours, would they take the car away from me if I dropped? Or, could my employer refuse to let me drop my hours?
