I’ve noticed this happening almost every night. My watch tracks that I am awake for 0 minutes at various times — usually after REM — even though I’m not. (The only time I was actually awake here was around 5am).
Is this just me rolling over? How does the watch track that I’m awake — movement, I suppose?

That’s very very similar to my sleeping pattern. I always thought that I am not sleeping well waking up at night
