My only worry is biotech companies expecting royalties or something from “their gene” of crop at every harvest.
The genetic modification company’s ownership/patent of their seed product should end as soon as it is in the ground.
I’m not a farmer and I am wondering how can they enforce such copyright?
Plus they are engineered to prevent reseeding. So every year you buy, and if anything goes wrong you don’t even have spare seeds.
