I’m curious if there are more people like myself who frequently use the native timer on their apple watch.
breaks. cooking.
I have two.
I’m bariatric so I can’t drink 30 minutes after I eat. So I have one for that.
Then I have a water goal I have to meet. I have a 5 minute timer to remind me to drink water.
All the time. Usually for cooking
Consistent dab temperatures
Laundry
I use it for my 30-second warmup and cooldown exercices
Planking.
I have a terrible memory, so I use the timer (and reminders) for a lot of things, during work out, cooking, laundry, how long to steep my tea, naps etc.
For resting maximum one minute per set during workout
I use it when I’m at the gym for rest periods
I’m a teacher so I use it all the time for timing things that I want the children to do like writing, reading, taking down homework or group work! So handy!!
Making my coffee immersion style using a Hario Switch daily. Usually 1-3 other times a day when I need a one off alarm that nags more than a reminder or calendar alert.
Steeping tea and timing various cooking times
That is one of the few apps I am actually using on my Apple Watch. I use it all the time e.g. timer for „Lüften“
Cooking, laundry and baby nap timer.
